Chris is our lead technical recruiter, responsible for courting top talent to join our team. He ensures the candidate experience during the final stages of interviewing are as streamlined as possible. Chris works with the team internally and also manages external partnerships to ensure the team is always seeking top talent.

Before joining Axiom Zen, Chris worked as a technical recruitment consultant at Vancouver startup successes Visier and Unbounce. Chris has also worked as the Recruitment Manager and Career Coach at RED Academy, building out the recruitment function and coaching job-seeking students. While working as an agency recruiter earlier in his career, Chris was one of the top performers for two years straight and won two placement-based annual competitions.

Although he’s only been with Axiom Zen a few months, Chris has already hired dozens of top talent for our team. He’s exceptionally proud of his team — they work hard to build out better and more streamlined processes, all while maintaining efficiency, effectiveness, and quality in the hiring process (especially with the high amount of roles they’re constantly working on!). Chris is passionate about emerging tech and people, and particularly in coaching others. He has coached first-time interviewers through their first phone screens and experienced hiring managers on handling tough situations. Chris is excited about this new chapter of Axiom Zen’s growth and continuing to build the brand as a home for top talent.
