As ZenHub’s  first marketing hire, you’ll own our end-to-end marketing strategy and make a huge impact on our growth. Your work will span every type of organization, from start-ups and growth stage companies to some of the largest enterprises in the world.

 

The role calls for someone who excels at technical product marketing and building strategies and tactics to drive awareness, growth, adoption, and evangelism. You’ll shape how we reach customers, influence our product roadmap, and create resources that show how ZenHub can help ship better projects.

 

Your work will impact not only ZenHub, but millions of people around the world. We’re the leading team collaboration and project management platform natively integrated with GitHub. More than 1,600 teams—including Adobe, Microsoft, Docker, Shopify, and EverlyWell—depend on ZenHub. We’re backed by Axiom Zen, a venture design studio that turns ideas into companies.

 


 

You'll make an impact by:

  • Translating our marketing strategy into tangible go-to-market plans and executing against ambitious goals
  • Honing ZenHub’s positioning, messaging, and branding to effectively tell our story to entrepreneurial developers and adapting enterprises alike
  • Developing and institutionalizing best practices for demand generation, with a focus on tracking, measuring, and communicating performance
  • Building, maintaining, measuring, and optimizing our marketing channel mix, particularly organic growth initiatives
  • Influencing product strategy and the way we bring products to market, combining research, positioning, messaging and more to maximize customer value and adoption
  • Clearly defining quantifiable objectives with a detail-oriented approach to tracking, executing, and optimizing projects
  • Enabling the rest of the GTM team to attract and serve customers and prospects through product education, training enablement, and collateral development

 

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have B2B SaaS experience
  • Know how to market to technical and business audiences, from startups to later-stage businesses
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments where resourcefulness is important
  • Prefer to ship, collect feedback, and iterate quickly
  • Have a product mindset and naturally earn trust and credibility with technical teams
  • Act as a strong player-coach
