Metrics-Driven Marketing Manager

As Marketing Manager you’ll play a key role in building the marketing discipline at ZenHub from the ground up. It’s an exciting time to join the team as your work will lay the early foundation for future success as we scale and grow.

As a valued part of our team, the Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to learn firsthand how to execute large scale marketing campaigns across multiple ad platforms, leverage marketing automation, develop innovative thought leadership content, and grow their skill set in a fast-paced and exciting startup environment. This is an especially great opportunity for a marketer early in their career looking to quickly up-level their skills as they work closely with our VP of Marketing, an experienced B2B SaaS marketer.

What we’ll accomplish together:
  • Develop and execute the marketing plan and go-to-market strategy alongside the leadership team
  • Identify and implement improvements for processes, content, lead generation, and customer acquisition
  • Assisting in the daily optimization and execution of assigned marketing activities including email marketing, paid search, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), content, public relations, and field marketing
  • Use marketing automation (AutoPilot) to extend reach and grow ZenHub’s marketing presence
  • Gather, analyze, and present marketing data and KPI’s for measuring program success
  • Provide market research, forecasts, campaign results, analyze market trends, customer  behavior, and understand the competitive landscape
  • Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
  • Maintain and continue to build a library of sales enablement support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent marketing experience
  • 1-3+ years experience in digital marketing
  • Strong analytical track record with experience driving marketing insights from data
  • Marketing automation platform experience (AutoPilot, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Social media management (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
  • Excellent written and oral communication, including copywriting and editing
  • G-suite, including Google AdWords and Analytics
  • PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment
  • Strong structured thinking, and business savvy to leverage online data in order to understand online audiences
