Customer Success & Community Manager (Blockchain)

We're looking for an experienced Customer Success and Community Manager to be the point person and voice of Dapper products, set users up for success with our products, and lead initiatives to engage our community.

The ideal candidate has previously worked in a client-facing customer support and/or community role and is passionate about being on the front-line of bringing the first billion consumers to an emerging tech space, blockchain technology.

What we’ll accomplish together:
  • Liaise with community contacts and become a prominent, knowledgeable figure in the blockchain space, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand your audience to proactively identify user needs, problems and patterns back to the product and create an iterative loop for constant improvement and feedback.
  • Develop on-boarding and helpful resources for users to better understand the product and determine where user education is required within/outside of the product, keeping in mind the importance of a humanized customer journey.
  • Share and stimulate discussions around  content and the blockchain ecosystem to Dapper subscribers through core communication channels, Discord, Reddit and others, answering questions and providing updates regularly.
  • Coordinate and participate in events that build community and boost brand awareness. Highlight upcoming events in the community where Dapper Labs team members will speak.
  • Create self-serve support and engaging content for users and work with an email marketer to create email drip campaigns to engage users early after sign up.
  • Support the Development team with QA of the product.

  • You are capable of applying your skills across a variety of use cases; inflexible specialists need not apply.
  • We believe in processes and the power of planning, but you will often have to roll with the punches and prioritize the most impactful tasks on the fly.
  • You have a strong interest in blockchain technology.
  • You have strong written and oral communication skills, and use them to provide the best consumer experience for consumers.
  • You have the ability to distinguish between the signal and the noise, and make data-driven decisions.
  • You have a demonstrated track record of contributing to community engagement and marketing campaigns across a variety of communication channels.
  • Extra points if you have ties to the ETH and Crypto communities.
