Customer Success Engineer

We're looking for a top-tier Customer Success Engineer to join our team. Your mission will be to interface with marquee customers with the main goal of assisting their technical needs while aligning with the sales and customer experience teams.

In this position you will work in a hybrid role spanning across Sales, Support and Engineering. You’ll play a key role in growing our business through your insights while collaborating with a world-class team in our Vancouver office.

What we’ll accomplish together:
  • Pre sales: be the primary point of contact for all technical questions, and help our customers integrate ZenHub with their existing development tools and workflows.
  • Work with Support, Sales and Engineering to provide technical assistance to our customers throughout various different stages of the customer life cycle, to make our customers successful.
  • Provide expert sales & technical assistance by clearly articulating ZenHub’s technology to both business and technical users.
  • Help build relationships with key technical contacts, collaborating with ZenHub Account Managers to visit prospects and customers onsite.
Our ideal candidate:
  • Demonstrated excellence in a customer facing pre-sales / post sales technical role proposing enterprise solutions at all levels of a customer organization.
  • Experience collaborating directly with customer experience and sales teams, and a proven track record of delivering value to customers or users.
  • Ability to travel(domestic and international) to customer onsite as necessary
  • Working knowledge of GitHub Enterprise and Project Management tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
