With a focus on quality over quantity, we are looking for someone passionate and tech savvy to connect us to our future co-founders. You will interact with and assist some of the world’s best talent from all over the world. One day, we may be in talks with a world-renown expert in machine learning, another day it may be a founder of a billion dollar company. You will ensure optimal experience for our internal team and candidates and by doing so you’ll amass a strong network of connections.


Does this describe you?

You have at least two years of experience in recruiting, HR, marketing, or sales. You have experience working at a startup or fast-moving tech company where you supported team member with requests.

You should be flexible and adaptable since our hiring priorities change with our product needs. You will need to be clear and efficient in your communication so that everyone is on the same page. Sometimes, you’ll need to convey sensitive information like feedback so you should be proficient in crafting your words carefully.

You should be comfortable making recommendations for process modifications, suggesting and leading new initiatives, and be excited to jump in wherever you can help. You thrive in fast-moving environments but are also able to take a step back and see the bigger picture. You are excited about geeking out on new technology and finding ways to maximize our time and output.

Bonus points if you know how to source candidates, have experience working with foreign nationals and visas, and/or recruiting experience.

To support this, we have a standard policy to cover travel + accommodations for speaking engagements anywhere in the Americas, and are very willing to support speaking engagements elsewhere around the world as well.
  • Mandatory 15 Off Days Per Year. We have a high standard for impact but we insist on work-life harmony and believe in balance. Minimum of 15 off days every year, with no hard limit.
  • Transport Reimbursement. We cover public transport to work and back. If you bike to work instead, we set aside $1000/year for bike maintenance. If you walk to work, we’ll bonus you the same amount as a rental subsidy.
